An evening of recognition and pride at Pomerleau
The Jubilees 2025

Les Jubilaires 2025: une soirée de reconnaissance pour les employés de Pomerleau et leurs parcours.

An event celebrating commitment and loyalty

On September 18, 2025, Pomerleau held its traditional Jubilees event at the magnificent Bonsecours Market in Montreal. This event held every 2 years honors employees who have reached important career milestones: 15, 20, 25, 30, and more years of service, including this year careers of up to 45 years of service, as well as employee retirements.

This year, the celebration had a special flavor: a total of 219 employees, accompanied by their spouses, as well as their managers and members of senior management, were gathered for this memorable evening.

A tradition that evolves with the company

For over ten years, the Jubilees were celebrated in an intimate setting at the home of our former Chairman and CEO, Pierre Pomerleau. But with the company's continued growth and the growing number of people to honor, it became essential to find a venue capable of welcoming all our talents. This year, the Bonsecours Market, with its historic character and warm atmosphere, was the ideal choice.

This evening also marked two significant anniversaries: the 35th anniversary of Pierre Pomerleau, Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the 30th anniversary of Martin Jacques, Chief Operating Officer, Buildings, two emblematic figures within Pomerleau.

An evening of recognition

Guests were welcomed with a festive cocktail reception, followed by dinner and dancing. Two inspiring speeches punctuated the evening: one by Philippe Adam, President and CEO, and one by Isabel Pouliot, Executive Vice President – Talent, Culture, and Sustainable Development. Both emphasized the importance of recognition, loyalty, and the human culture that are the strengths of Pomerleau.
