Owner, designer and contractor work together to reduce losses. Decisions are taken jointly, for the benefit of the project rather than the signatories of the contract. Thus, the risks and the profits are shared.

Public-private partnerships (PPP or P3)

To meet the requirements of large public infrastructure projects, we have created partnerships with specialized stakeholders from the public and private sectors. PPPs are our specialty.

Design-build (DB)

Ideal when you want to succeed in accelerated mode 

We ensure the design and construction of the structure, in addition to assuming the risks associated with the costs. All with the objective of achieving total quality and respecting the schedule.

The price is fixed and the cost of the work is firm

No budgetary surprises. This delivery method ensures peace of mind. It includes the labour, materials and all the services necessary for a delivery according to the established plan.

Construction management

Delegate the planning and execution of the work to our teams

We do the preliminary planning of the work, schedules and cost management. We also ensure that construction requirements are met. On site, we supervise the design team, subcontractors and suppliers to complete the work.

Project management

We take care of absolutely everything on your behalf

All stages of your project, including permits, insurance, budget, schedule, and the selection and management of subcontractors, are our responsibility. We validate plans and specifications; we manage calls for tenders with suppliers and subcontractors; and we administer contracts. Also, thanks to tight schedule and budget controls, our approach reduces all risk.

Guaranteed maximum price (GMP)

It's simple: any cost overrun is at our expense

The contractor is compensated on the basis of the actual cost of the work, plus a fixed maximum remuneration. If savings arise, the difference is refunded.
