Pomerleau Named One of Canada's Top Employers for Fourth Consecutive Year

As a pan-Canadian company we aspire to positively impact the lives and communities that surround us. That's why we are happy to share that we have been named one of Montreal's Top Employers for the fifth time.
The editors of Canada’s Top Employers recognize employers in the Greater Montreal area that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work.
Pomerleau was founded in 1960 in Beauce, Quebec. Since then, we have expanded to nine locations across Canada. Our commitment to supporting the communities where we build has remained consistent since Pomerleau was established.
Our Montreal office contains our largest cohort of employees. Throughout the years, Montreal has provided us with a home to build the foundations of Pomerleau and grow from our humble beginnings in Beauce.
Pomerleau provides me with a tremendous sense of support and opportunity to succeed. Surrounded by a wealth of experience, there is so much to learn, and my colleagues' desire to take the time to make me feel comfortable highlights the collaborative spirit that defines our workplace.

In 2023, Pomerleau inaugurated its Pom Lounge in Montreal, a new workspace dedicated to collaboration. Part of a larger program to reconfigure its Montreal offices to meet the growing needs of its various teams, this new flexible and collaborative space is designed to promote conviviality.
With its own café and baristas, amphitheater and meeting rooms, this new gathering place has everything to please Pomerleau employees. The Pom Lounge offers all employees a place to gather and collaborate- including those outside of Montreal. As a collective, we intend to come together and celebrate our milestones in the location that inspired the Pomerleau we know today and further contribute to the vibrant fabric of Montreal and beyond.
