Pomerleau Named One of Canada's Top Employers for Fourth Consecutive Year

This year, Pomerleau was named one of Canada's Top 100 Employers. This is the fourth consecutive year that we have received this accolade.

Developing a culture that fosters employee well-being and prosperity is our priority. Since communicating our intention to integrate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) as a fundamental element of all our practices and processes, our Talent, Culture and Sustainable Development team has launched several strategies to achieve our goals. These initiatives include a training strategy that involves raising awareness on DEI concepts.
