The third edition of the Pomerleau Values Awards has given employees an opportunity to recognize their finest ambassadors.
Pomerleau has its sights set on redefining construction and building a more sustainable future all while remaining connected to the communities we serve. Our employees contribute to this sea change not only through quality work and dedication, but also by embodying certain core values. By consistently displaying adaptability, innovation, excellence, authenticity and love, our colleagues inspire us to deliver increasingly ambitious projects for our clients.
In 2019, we launched the Pomerleau Values Awards to recognize our most enthusiastic ambassadors—those who embody one of our values especially well. From coast to coast, we invite all employees to nominate a person in their office they see as the embodiment of one of Pomerleau core values. The nominees who receive the most votes are given an award for the value they embody.
This year, 50 employees received their awards at various events organized at our individual offices across Canada. We appreciate being able to count on these proud ambassadors as well as on the talents of all our colleagues who embody our values on a daily basis. Together, we are improving how we do things—in the Pomerleau way.
