Faced with the current revolution in the construction industry, Pomerleau relies on a strong culture of innovation to mobilize its teams and encourage them to explore new ideas and new avenues. We are counting on the strengths and creativity of the next generation of construction professionals to challenge the status quo and and work together with our teams to rethink the future of our industry.
The potential of the next generation of construction workers is something we see every day and we highlighted this at the 2022 Excellence Gala held on February 24. For the past 6 years, we have celebrated this event in recognition of the talent, achievements and motivation of the interns who worked at Pomerleau the previous year.
In 2021, we were fortunate to welcome over 260 interns from coast to coast, many of whom distinguished themselves by their motivation, aptitude and willingness to learn. They demonstrated our commitment to excellence on a daily basis in a difficult environment that demanded resilience and adaptability.
