Concord Park Place Condominium Complex – Block 11

Construction of Two Condominium Towers

We were selected to participate in the construction of the 45-acre Concord Park Place condominium complex in North York, our first project of its kind in the Greater Toronto Area.

For the project, our role was to manage the construction of Block 11, which included two residential condominium towers of 18 and 29 storeys.

The two towers were each 41,435 m², including 426 units, 30 townhouses and five levels of underground parking.
