Since 2023, Pomerleau has structured a division entirely dedicated to major projects, recognizing their complexity and strategic importance. Major projects require rigorous governance to ensure the coherence and performance of the entire project. Their complexity and risks demand a robust structure and seamless coordination, due to the multitude of stakeholders, their technical, social, and environmental challenges, and their public visibility.
