End-to-End Residence Construction
We were awarded the contract to build the Cité Parkway retirement residence, a 16,504 m2 assisted living senior residence complex.
This building has seven floors and two wings, for a total of 180 units.
For this mandate, we integrated the following facilities:
- Nursing stations.
- Nurse call systems in each room.
- Dedicated care wing.
- Mandatory security systems (such as ramps and video surveillance systems).
We completed the project via an integrated project delivery process.
