Here are some quick facts about our last year:
Innovation is the key to our success. We are changing the way construction is being performed in Canada. Pomerleau has built a culture of innovation, bringing the best out of its people and improving its practices. We are committed to work with a social impact. As an example, we are taking on more affordable housing and green projects. In fact, we released our first Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) report and platform this year. It was a great opportunity to highlight our vision to create a better world.
Building relationships through connections is what Pomerleau strives to do with communities, clients and employees. Our corporate values lead our decisions and foster our culture. As a collective, we are working towards building a more inclusive, diverse, and prosperous construction industry.
About Canada’s Top 100 Employers 2023
Now in its 23rd year, Canada’s Top 100 Employers is an editorial competition that recognizes employers with outstanding human resource programs and forward-thinking workplace policies. Employer applications are evaluated against eight criteria, which have remained the same since the competition was first held:
The competition’s organizers publish a detailed explanation of why each company was chosen, ensuring transparency in the selection of the recipients, and creating a catalogue of best practices for employers and job seekers.
