Warehouse and Maintenance Facilities

Our team was entrusted with the construction of a warehouse and two maintenance facilities for Defence Construction Canada (DCC). In addition, we installed an engine coolant and oil management system.

The warehouse was built to LEED® equivalent standards. The two new maintenance facilities have service bays for military vehicles (one for 18 vehicles and the other for 12).

To reach every project milestone, we followed a rigorous quality management plan during the construction phase. We also documented every work inspection to demonstrate our compliance with the specifications.

Mandatory Reliability Clearance

Each one of our on-site workers received the reliability clearance required by the Government of Canada.

Our Challenge

Integrating a Complex Central System

During the project, we integrated a complex central system — with pipelines to different service bays — that mechanics can be used to handle engine coolant and oil.
