To mark our 60th anniversary, we are unveiling our 2025 Sustainability Report, a concrete reflection of our commitment to a safer, more resilient, and more inclusive construction industry. Across the country, we are continuing our transformation by integrating the principles of sustainable development into the heart of our operations, projects, and corporate culture.
In the face of climate change, we are pursuing our commitment to carbon neutrality by 2050 by focusing on concrete actions and a large-scale transformation of our practices.
This year, we reduced the intensity of our Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 6% compared to 2024, while maintaining the growth of our business. Our decarbonization initiatives include optimizing temporary heating on construction sites, progressively electrifying our vehicle fleet, and increasing the integration of low-carbon materials such as low-emission concrete.
Beyond our own operations, we actively participate in the evolution of the industry by collaborating with several organizations and alliances dedicated to the decarbonization of buildings and infrastructure in Canada. This collective effort is essential to accelerating the transition to more sustainable and resilient construction.
Transforming waste into resources is now an integral part of our responsible construction approach. In 2025, 79% of the waste generated on our projects was diverted from landfills through reuse, recycling, and material recovery initiatives.
Among the year’s notable initiatives, our Trois-Rivières port modernization project enabled the reuse of 80,000 tonnes of concrete for backfilling, thus avoiding significant greenhouse gas emissions. We also continued to develop partnerships with our suppliers to improve material circularity and support the adoption of more sustainable practices throughout the entire value chain.
At our company, health and safety are non-negotiable. Protecting our workers guides every decision we make, with one clear objective: to achieve zero serious injuries or fatalities in our teams. In 2025, we maintained this goal while strengthening our proactive culture based on prevention, training, and innovation.
Our commitment is reflected in our enhanced Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Centre of Excellence, the implementation of the Health, Safety, and Environment QR code on 98% of our worksites, and over 48,000 hours of training delivered across the country. We also continue to collaborate with industry to advance standards in critical risk prevention.
We remain committed to respectful, sustainable, and authentic relationships with First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities across Canada.
In 2025, we continued to develop concrete partnerships through collaborative projects with Indigenous communities, the creation of new joint ventures, and significant growth in our procurement from Indigenous businesses, reaching $87.3 million.
We also launched our first Indigenous Relations Policy, an important step in our commitment to actively contribute to economic reconciliation and build relationships based on listening, collaboration, and co-construction.
For 60 years, we have helped build infrastructure and communities that meet today’s needs while preparing for the future. Now more than ever, we believe that sustainable development is essential to strengthening our industry’s resilience and generating a lasting positive impact for future generations.
