We have given ourselves a statement to formalize our intention to promote diversity. We have developed an agile plan that defines our initial actions for the next two years. Our new DEI roadmap will provide essential training opportunities for employees, including respect and civility. Our goal is to integrate aspects of diversity, equity and inclusion into all our business practices and processes.
