Pomerleau adopts a statement that will serve as the foundation for its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiative.
At Pomerleau, we want to be a more diverse, equitable and inclusive company so that every employee feels that they are part of us and have equal opportunities for achievement and success. We are implementing this initiative to strengthen our corporate culture, so it better reflects our values of excellence, authenticity, adaptability, innovation and love.

We have given ourselves a statement to formalize our intention to promote diversity. We have developed an agile plan that defines our initial actions for the next two years. Our new DEI roadmap will provide essential training opportunities for employees, including respect and civility. Our goal is to integrate aspects of diversity, equity and inclusion into all our business practices and processes.
