Our team was awarded the design and construction mandate contract for a new national automated sortation hub in Etobicoke, Ontario to support Purolator’s regional centres across Canada and fuel the company's growth.

The 30,433 m2 development included these elements:

  • A sorting warehouse.
  • An administrative space to ease employee traffic flow and access.
  • A dedicated transportation administration building.
  • A guardhouse.
  • A retail space.

The new state-of-the-art sorting and distribution facility replaces Purolator's existing manual sorting facility and many smaller facilities in the vicinity.
