Vincent serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Pomerleau. In this role, he assumes strategic responsibility for all of the company's financial operations. He focuses on optimizing profitability, leads corporate development initiatives, including strategic acquisitions, and oversees financing, treasury, and tax planning, with a view to sustainably increasing organizational value. He also heads Pomerleau Capital, the private equity subsidiary specializing in infrastructure and renewable energy. His responsibilities also include overseeing procurement and logistics, risk management, and the insurance and surety group.

With over 20 years of experience in large corporations and consulting firms, Vincent has developed in-depth expertise in several industrial sectors, including energy and renewable energy, pulp and paper, packaging, mining, and aerospace.

Before joining Pomerleau, he was Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Kruger, where he was responsible for corporate finance, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, and insurance management. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), he holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from HEC Montréal.

In addition to his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Pomerleau, Vincent serves on the boards of directors of Borea, ITC, and Pomerleau Residential.
