Vincent is Pomerleau's Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. His objectives are to maximize profitability, ensure company development through strategic acquisitions, and manage cash flow and tax planning to increase the value of the organization. He leads Pomerleau Capital, the company’s private investment arm in infrastructure and renewable energy. Additionally, Vincent is responsible for other functions such as purchasing and logistics, legal affairs, risk management, insurance and surety bonding, as well as governance and the corporate secretariat. 

For more than 20 years, Vincent has applied his passion for finance in large companies and consulting firms. Over the course of his experience, he has developed an in-depth knowledge of the energy and renewable energy, pulp and paper, packaging, mining, and aerospace sectors. 

Prior to joining Pomerleau, Vincent was Vice-President Finance and Treasurer at Kruger where he held overall responsibility for corporate finance, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, and insurance. Vincent is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a bachelor's degree in finance from HEC Montréal.
