Patricia Curadeau-Grou is a member of our Board of Directors and the Chair of the Human Resources Committee. 

She has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector. She previously held the position of Strategic Advisor to the President and CEO of National Bank of Canada. She worked at National Bank of Canada from 1998 to 2015, where she held numerous positions over the years, including Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice-President, Finance, Risk and Treasury.   

Patricia holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and a designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. She has since earned several distinctions, including induction into Canada's Most Powerful Women's Hall of Fame by the Women's Executive Network. Previously, she served on the board of Fairstone Financière inc. as Chairman of the Board, and at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec as a Director and member of the Risk Management Committee. Today, she is a Director and Vice-President of the Société du musée d'archéologie et d'histoire de Montréal, Pointe-à-Callière, and a member of its Governance and Strategy Committee.
