Alain Tremblay
Director
Alain Tremblay is a Corporate Director and Strategic Advisor. Over the years, he served on several boards and currently sits on Pomerleau, Groupe Canam and Manac. He also acts as a Director, advisory board for Nexcap Partners.
Alain brings 40 years of experience in financial institutions, with the last 25 years at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, as Managing Director, Private Equity.
He is a seasoned investor who has realized many investments in mid to large-lap companies across North America and Europe. In is last role, he oversaw and managed a portfolio of investments of Quebec-based companies.
He completed a Bachelor’s and a Master`s degree in Business Administration at HEC Montreal and is a member of l’ordre des Comptables Professionnels Agréés du Québec (CPA).
