Energy-Efficient Construction

Our team was awarded the mandate to build an energy-efficient tower to house the accommodation, dining and mess hall facilities for military personnel at Canadian Forces Base Halifax. The 12-storey tower includes 300 new residence rooms for the personnel training there.

For this sustainable construction project, we supplied design-build services in line with the industry’s best energy-efficient practices.


Brownfield Redevelopment

We identified environmental hazards on existing sites and safely redeveloped the site.

We selected the most eco-friendly materials to install and use.


Reduced Water Consumption

We incorporated systems to reduce the building's water consumption.

We implemented energy-reduction measures in accordance with the National Energy Code for Buildings (NECB).

For LEED certification, we reduced he building's water consumption and overall ecological impact.
