Pierre is the Executive Chair of Pomerleau’s Board of Directors. He is the company’s former President and CEO. As Chair of the Board, Pierre will continue to provide guidance and advice to Pomerleau’s executives.

As well, he is involved in two companies that are part of the Pomerleau Group: Groupe Beaubois, a leader specializing in architectural woodwork, and Borea Construction, a leader in renewable energy construction.

In 1989, Pierre began his career at Pomerleau and soon became involved in the management of the company, including in its real estate and manufacturing subsidiaries. He succeeded his father, Hervé Pomerleau, as President and CEO in 1997.

Under his leadership, Pomerleau has grown considerably, from slightly more than $100 million in sales in 1997 to surpassing $4.3 billion in 2022.
