In 2021, Marie-Eve took on the newly-created role of Chief of Staff of the Executive Committee. In this role, she supports our CEO and our Executive Committee on business development strategies and decision making, oversees the implementation of our strategic plan, and coordinates the activities of our Board of Directors, as well as Executive and Operations Committees.

She initially joined us in 2018 as a Senior Legal Counsel, having previously worked at Bombardier Aerospace as their Senior Legal Counsel - Claims and then as a Contract Administrator for new and pre-owned aircraft. Marie-Eve started her legal career in 2008 with Borden Ladner Gervais LLP as a litigation lawyer.

A graduate from Université de Montréal, she holds a double bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science (B.Sc.). After obtaining her bachelor's degree, she pursued her master’s degree in political science at the Institut d’Études Politiques in Paris, before returning to Montreal to complete an Integrated Civil and Common Law degree (B.C.L. / LL.B.) at McGill University. Since 2008, Marie-Eve has been a member of the Bar Association of Montreal as well as the Canadian Bar Association, construction law division. She has also been a lecturer in Civil Engineering Contract Law at the University of Sherbrooke since 2020.

Marie-Eve is a member of the Visionaries Circle of the Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf Foundation. She also sits on the Board of Directors as administrator and secretary for both the Pensionnat du Saint-Nom-de-Marie and the Vincent d´Indy School of Music.
