After an impressive 28-year career at Transcontinental, including 13 years as president, François Olivier decided to retire on December 7, 2022, at the age of 56. Under his leadership, Transcontinental transformed into a North American leader in flexible packaging and became the largest printer in Canada. His visionary leadership left an indelible mark on the company.
François Olivier continues to share his expertise by serving on several prestigious boards. He brings his strategic vision to Pomerleau, where he is a member of the board of directors and the audit and risk committee. He also plays a key role at Fiera Capital and CAE, in addition to being involved on the board of directors of Behaviour.
Outside of his professional commitments, François Olivier is deeply involved in charitable causes. As a governor of Portage, he supports individuals struggling with addiction issues. Additionally, he actively participates in United Way campaigns, demonstrating his dedication to improving the community.
