Éric Gaudet is Pomerleau’s Executive Vice-President, Operational Excellence and Strategy. He brings together IT, Innovation, Integrated Management Systems, Quality, and Strategy to continuously improve business performance.
Leading this key group of functions, Éric and his team are responsible for steering the company's strategic plan. Éric is renowned for his global, long-term vision which he has honed over years of experience in advising companies in our industry. He is responsible for solidifying Pomerleau’s foundations by identifying best practices that will improve our operational performance.
For much of his career, Éric worked for McKinsey & Company, most recently as a senior partner. Over the course of his career, he orchestrated a variety of multi-year transformation programs that have enabled clients to improve their ability to execute strategy, grow faster, and engage teams. He also worked in the manufacturing sector at Camso as Chief Business Transformation Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Law from the Université de Sherbrooke and an MBA from HEC Montréal.
