A Modern and Accessible Centre

Our mandate was to build a new wellness centre in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador. The purpose of this modern and accessible 5,184 m2, two-storey facility is to promote a healthy and active lifestyle and participation in recreational and community activities.

Here are some of the features we integrated into the building:

  • Six-lane competition-sized pool.
  • Three changing rooms.
  • Fitness centre with cardio, bodybuilding and free weight equipment.
  • Daycare centre.
  • Youth centre.
  • Family wellness centre.
  • Multi-purpose gymnasium with an indoor walking-running track.
  • Gymnastics and judo room.
