Evolo Flex is the new residential rental project by developer Proment, located in the eco-friendly Pointe Nord neighbourhood on Nun’s Island. The goal of this residential construction project is to offer high-end, bright and contemporary rental units, with shared spaces designed to promote well-being and a sense of community.
Pomerleau was selected for this project thanks to its proven experience in residential construction and its ability to meet tight deadlines. After successfully delivering the Evolo NEX project, a 258-unit luxury condo tower for Proment, our client once again placed their trust in us to bring the Evolo Flex high-end residential project to life.
We will be building a 27-storey rental tower featuring 313 bright and contemporary units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, along with two levels of underground parking and premium common areas. Future residents will benefit from an environment designed for comfort and social connection, including an elegant lounge, coworking spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, a spa with a Nordic circuit, and an outdoor pool surrounded by landscaped grounds.
The delivery of Evolo Flex comes with several challenges that require rigorous planning and specialized expertise.
The construction timeline is ambitious: delivering five floors as early as May 2027, while maintaining quality and safety standards. This constraint requires optimal coordination between teams and suppliers to avoid delays.
Located near the Champlain Bridge and the REM, the project must ensure exceptional sound comfort. To achieve this, we are integrating advanced acoustic glazing and sound barrier walls to reduce noise disturbances and provide a peaceful environment for residents.
A bike path runs through the site, requiring specific measures to ensure the safety of cyclists and pedestrians throughout the construction period. Signage, coordination with the City of Montreal, and traffic flow management are central to our approach.
