Vincent Dunberry is a Director, Private Equity – Large Capitalization, within the Québec team at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. He has nearly ten years of investment experience in complex transactional environments, working with both private and public companies in Canada and internationally.
Vincent has been involved in the structuring and execution of numerous large-scale mergers and acquisitions, in addition to supporting the companies under his responsibility in their organic growth.
He has solid experience in corporate governance and serves as a director of QSL. He is also a member of the boards of directors of Groupe Canam and Manac, where he contributes to strategic alignment and value creation.
A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), Vincent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with honours as well as a Graduate Diploma (DESS) from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
