The future generation in the spotlight

Shaping the future is our vision. A vision that we have and want to share with the next generation. At Pomerleau, we welcome young people every year who are taking their first professional steps. In 2022, more than 300 interns completed an internship with us, and because we firmly believe in the power of the next generation, we make it our responsibility to recognize the talent, efforts and performance of our best students. Thanks to their skills, their curiosity and their thirst for learning, they fully contribute to the success of our construction projects.

We are committed to recognizing and promoting these talents and that is why, seven years ago, we created the Excellence Gala. We are proud to have guided them in their first professional experience and proud to have contributed to their success.

On February 23 in our new Pom Lounge space, nine interns, all ambassadors of our value of excellence in 2022, were awarded a scholarship as well as a promise of employment.
