Construction of a 14-storey commercial building that houses Cominar's offices and includes two underground parking lots, excavated out from rock, and a 105 m2 pedestrian walkway connected the new tower to the Place Laval Complex. The building is made of a concrete structure and the outer envelope consists of curtain walls, ribbon windows and concrete panels. The project is seeking a basic LEED® certification.
The mandate included the construction of the base building in a first phase and the interior fit-up from the ground floor to the 14th floor in a second phase.
