Work experience

Jade holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Human Resources, and is a member of the Ordre des Conseillers en Ressources Humaines Agréés (CRHA). She has always had a keen interest in human connections and enjoys meeting talented and determined people, who are ready to use their knowledge and skills to master challenges. Her broad knowledge of human resources allows her to recruit the best candidates according to the specific needs of each department.

Fun side

Working in restaurants for almost 10 years while she was a student led Jade to become foodie. She loves to cook, discover new flavours and enjoy new taste experiences. And to burn all those calories, she trains religiously through cardio boxing, running and CrossFit.

Brodie is passionate about people and culture strategies, and helping organizations acquire the best available talent to enhance employer culture and achieve corporate goals. As a talent professional and consultative business partner, Brodie always strives to bring 100% to the work that she does. Her goal is to ensure placements are a strong, long-term, mutually beneficial match for all parties, and she takes pride in providing the best recruiting experience possible for candidates and hiring managers.

Brodie has over 10 years of professional sales experience and previously worked as a talent acquisition specialist in the telecommunications industry, sourcing top talent for the design, engineering and application of fibre optic networks.

Fun side

Brodie was born and raised in BC. Her favorite vacation destination is Hawaii, and she is passionate about fitness, strength training and vegetarian cuisine.

Work experience

Charlotte is passionate about both recruitment and the construction industry, which has led her to spend the last five years doing what she loves – searching for talented management professionals in the field of construction. She has over 10 years of experience in professional sales and service and prides herself on her relationship-focused philosophy of recruitment, her transparent communication methods and her high standards of integrity. This is reflected in her ability to provide a personable and consistent service to those seeking her assistance.

Previously, Charlotte worked as an account manager for a large recruitment agency, finding top talent for general contractors and developers within the commercial, residential and civil construction industries.

Fun side

Charlotte moved to Canada from England in 2011 and after being introduced to the Canadian Rockies found a love for the great outdoors.
Since moving to Canada, she has tried many new sports including mountain biking, snowboarding, rock climbing and wake boarding.

Talent acquisition strategist/ Montreal / Ottawa

Work experience

Lisa is a highly motivated, social, enthusiastic and passionate individual with extensive experience in talent acquisition and client relations management. Well versed in the strategic planning and execution of recruiting efforts. Lisa’s strong active listening and communication skills allow her to fully assess client and candidate needs, enabling her to find appropriate solutions while delivering results. Her effortless relationship management skills enable her to gain the trust of both clients and candidates right from the start. Her keen eye for spotting talent has resulted in countless successful recruitment efforts.

Prior to joining Pomerleau, Lisa worked for a multinational recruitment agency as Business Developer & Senior Account Manager in a multitude of industries such as finance, marketing and advertising.

Fun side

An athletic person by nature, Lisa danced competitively at the international level while also being an outdooradventurer. She travelled around the globe for 13 months and has trekked to the top of Kilimanjaro. Some of her other treks include the West Coast Trail, the Appalachian Trail, Machu Picchu’s Inca Trail and last but not least, the Tour du Mont Blanc.

Director - talent acquisitions & strategies/ Montreal

Work experience

Thierry Lefaivre is passionate about recruiting. As Director of Talent Acquisition and Strategy, he is involved in recruitment mandates for professional and technical positions in the field of civil and infrastructure and buildings for all of Pomerleau’s offices across Canada.

In his role, Thierry implements consistency and excellence in the corporate representation and integration processes at a national level. He develops new and innovative attraction and
recruitment strategies in order to acquire the best talent in the industry.

Thierry is known for his professional yet personal approach, for the quality of his work as well as for his rigour and perseverance.

Thierry Lefaivre has a certificate in Human Resources Management from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), is a certified RPR (Registered Professional Recruiter), and is a member of the Association of Professional Recruiters of Canada.

Fun side

One of Thierry’s passions is French and American cinema from the 70s to now. Try to challenge his knowledge!
